Researchers conducted a study of the negative effects of coffee to people who consume coffee on a daily basis at about 100mg per day. Results show that there are no serious effects on health when it comes to urine volume.

Caffeine and Athletic Performance

Caffeine is known to provide energy boosting benefits which help athletes train for longer periods of time. It invigorates the system and helps in better concentration and clearer thinking.

Each person has varied responses towards caffeine. With this said, it must not be assumed that anyone who adds caffeine into their diet will have the same result as the other. For others, caffeine can result in nausea, stomach problems, or caffeine jitters which add up to an already nervous individual.
