We send all your items by first class post, wherever you are in the world, so in the UK 1-2 working days, in Europe 3-4 working days and rest of the world 6-7 working days.

What is your returns policy?
We expect you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to write in to us at mark@motorsprtcircuitguide.com and explain why. If you wish to return the item to us, and we agree to your reasons for the return, you may do so (undamaged and in it's original packaging), to arrive with us no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns will only be considered in the event of goods arriving with you either damaged or incomplete or both. Discovery Media Group will then make every effort to replace the item, and if this is not possible, a refund (net of delivery charges) will be payable to you.

I've entered a competition. When are the winners announced?
Every competition hosted by us carries details in that particular competition's Terms and Conditions. The winners are announced according to those Terms and Conditions. Where event tickets can be won, the winners will be informed at least a week before the event takes place.
