NOLA Motorsports Park is a new "Country Club" style racing circuit designed by Wilson Sahara Motorsports, which offers memberships that partially finance its existence. The circuit also has a business park and condominiums where petrolheads can build or purchase their own property overlooking the circuit. The circuit also has facilities for storage of race vehicles at the track so its members can simply arrive and drive.
Due to open in late 2010, the circuit features 5 track configurations, a 2.4 mile north circuit, 2.5 mile south circuit (though this is not yet finalised), a 4.95 mile full circuit and a 1.2 mile kart circuit. The main circuit can be configured 6 different ways, and is the brainchild of Laney Chouest, who wanted to build a track where he could go and play whenever he wanted; the design brief was to create a track that you could drive on for years and still remain a challenge for car and driver alike. Once complete, the circuit will host racing, track days, vehicle launches, driver training, and social events. The circuit wasn't built when Google Maps took their overhead images, but the track will be located to the south east of the diagonal road that runs past Avondale Park.
